Hello! My name is Jared Lincks and I am the main writer here at The Christian Manifesto. I am a graduate of Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, a preacher, and a part-time business owner. The goal of this site is simple, to bring the Scripture to bear in all of life. I want to think biblically about every area and I hope that you will be blessed by the content. You can expect to see lots of writing about theology, apologetics, politics, worldview, culture, and so forth. The topics will be somewhat wide and varying, but everything on this site will seek to proclaim the truth and refute error when it is found.
From time to time there may be guests posting on this site. All writers will seek to rightly handle the Word of truth (2 Timothy 2:15). Any writer on this site will seek to always present the facts with 100% accuracy. The goal is to be bold and courageous in our presentation of the truth while always treating others with gentleness and respect. We will seek to never waiver from proclaiming that which is true, good, and right. At the same time, we will strive to always bring that truth to light on those things which are false, evil, and wrong.
The primary reason this site exists is to expound the Word of God and to see another Reformation dawn. Reformation is different from Revival. Revivals last maximally for a few decades, whereas, Reformations last for centuries. For a Reformation to occur the Scripture is going to have to be seen as the sole authority. It is our tool as Christians that God has given to us that we may live glorifying to Him and that we may know Him. Therefore, the content on this site will rigorously apply the Word of God when evaluating everything. It is our standard for all of life and Godliness and we will seek to bring it to bear on every topic!
